Monthly bookkeeping
We provide bookkeeping and quickbooks bookkeeping services ongoing throughout the year based on your preference and frequency. These services are offered weekly, monthly, quarterly, or once a year.
Routine bookkeeping will be charged at an agreed upon fixed price that'll depend on the volume and how complex your business is.
- Bank & credit card accounts reconciled monthly
- Financial statements will be delivered within 15 business days
- Financial performance summary included with financial statements
- Optional video or phone call to review monthly financial performance (+10% of plan)
Cleanup & catch-up
For all cleanup and catchup work, a fixed price is charged, which is determined by the volume and how complex the work is going to be.
- Get past months or years of books brought current and organized
- Every transaction will be reviewed and corrected
Consulting, training, & ongoing support
Are you capable of doing the bookkeeping for your business on your own? If so, that's fantastic! We encourage small business owners to do the bookkeeping themselves if they're willing and able. If this happens to be you, then maybe you just need some support/training. We're here to help answer any questions you may have and help in any way that we can.
For consulting and ongoing support, we charge you at our hourly rate. Contact us for more information about the pricing details.
